UAE Leadership Celebrates Romania’s National Day with Warm Wishes

Post by : Badri Ariffin

In a show of solidarity, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan extended heartfelt congratulations to President Nicusor Dan on Romania’s National Day, underscoring the robust diplomatic relationship between the UAE and Romania.

The congratulatory message celebrated the enduring friendship and collaboration between the two countries, highlighting their shared values and commitment to enhance bilateral relations across diverse sectors.

Following this, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, alongside His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also conveyed similar messages to both President Dan and Romania’s Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan. They reaffirmed the significance of continued cooperation and mutual regard.

These thoughtful messages are a testament to the UAE’s proactive diplomacy, celebrating international relationships and honoring festivals significant to different nations. They not only mark Romania's rich heritage but also cultivate diplomatic goodwill and future alliances.

Romania celebrates its National Day every year on December 1, which honors the uniting of Transylvania, Bessarabia, and Bukovina with the Romanian Kingdom in 1918. It is a day filled with national pride, festivities, and global diplomatic acknowledgment.

Through these messages of goodwill, the UAE affirms its dedication to fostering international ties, showcasing that global friendship is a fundamental aspect of its foreign policy.
