PureHealth Holding, the prominent healthcare leader in the Middle East, has unveiled robust financial outcomes for the first quarter of 2026, concluding on March 31. The organization showcases significant growth driven by an increase in demand and notable international expansions.
The Group's revenue surged by 10 percent year-over-year, reaching AED7.3 billion, primarily propelled by exceptional results in its global healthcare divisions and insurance sector.
PureHealth's EBITDA climbed 5 percent year-over-year to AED1.2 billion, illustrating the resilience of its business model and ongoing global growth initiatives.
The quarter's net profit totaled AED415 million, impacted by regulatory transformations under the Unified Purchasing Programme (UPP) during this timeframe.
Kamal Al Maazmi, Chairman of PureHealth, emphasized that the company is off to a solid start in 2026, noting consistent growth across its various sectors. He pointed out that the Group's integrated approach to healthcare and insurance continues to offer stability and avenues for long-term growth.
Al Maazmi highlighted that the international segment of the company's portfolio is instrumental in fostering growth and diversification, all while securing a robust foothold in the UAE market.
Shaista Asif, the Group CEO, noted that the recent performance reflects resilience in critical markets, with increasing contributions from global operations. She mentioned that ventures like Circle Health and Hellenic Healthcare Group have showcased strong results, bolstering the company's worldwide footprint.
In the UAE, PureHealth has been steadfast in enhancing its healthcare infrastructure, refining clinical offerings and expanding its insurance capabilities, in response to strong local demand.
Looking forward, PureHealth anticipates sustained growth, fueled by the expansion of its international portfolio, stable insurance performance, and robust domestic demand. The company is also poised to invest in advanced healthcare solutions, digital technologies, and AI innovations to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
