Sheikh Mohamed Explores Industrial Innovations at Make it in the Emirates 2026

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan engaged with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum while attending the fifth edition of Make it in the Emirates 2026 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

Throughout his visit, Sheikh Mohamed examined groundbreaking industrial innovations, state-of-the-art technologies, and national initiatives aimed at bolstering the UAE’s industrial competitiveness. The exhibition showcased products and initiatives aimed at enhancing local manufacturing and fostering future industries in vital sectors.

The UAE President also received updates from exhibitors regarding key initiatives and projects unveiled during the event. The highlighted projects were centered on promoting industrial growth, encouraging innovative practices, and embracing modern technologies in production.

Sheikh Mohamed emphasized that the industrial sector is a cornerstone of the UAE’s economy, significantly contributing to economic diversification. He highlighted the imperative of strengthening national industries as a strategic priority, as the UAE fosters an environment conducive to investment, innovation, and future industrial advancements.

He further underlined the necessity of creating new prospects for Emirati talent and bolstering national skills in advanced industries and technology sectors.

The President lauded the robust participation at the event, noting that it signifies the rapid advancement and growing competitiveness of the UAE’s industrial sector both regionally and globally.

Accompanying Sheikh Mohamed during the visit were Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, along with various ministers and senior officials.
