The 20-year-old delivered a confident performance in the final, defeating his Indonesian opponent by a wide margin and securing one of Singapore’s standout moments of the tournament. However, not all finals went as planned for Singapore. The decision awarded victory to the Thai athlete, leaving the Malaysian camp deeply dissatisfied with the outcome.
