Palm Jebel Ali gets new luxury address: Palm Central Homes

Palm Jebel Ali gets new luxury address: Palm Central Homes

Post by : Badri Ariffin

Dubai’s newest island community just got more luxurious. Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the launch of Palm Central Private Residences — a stunning new addition to Palm Jebel Ali that redefines resort-style living in the city.

Strategically located along the island’s central spine between Frond M and Frond N, this project marks a new era of connected community living on one of Dubai’s most ambitious waterfront destinations.

Designed with comfort, wellbeing, and togetherness in mind, Palm Central Private Residences features 212 upscale homes spread across three mid-rise buildings. The collection includes one- to five-bedroom apartments and signature penthouses with private pools. Every unit offers spacious layouts, sophisticated interiors, and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces — all complemented by sweeping views of the sea and Dubai’s skyline.

The development’s lush courtyards, wellness areas, and social lounges bring a balance between privacy and shared connection. With amenities that promote active and mindful lifestyles, residents can enjoy the essence of resort living every day.

Palm Central Private Residences goes beyond the typical beachfront experience. It introduces a more accessible and connected version of island living — where homes, retail, learning, and worship spaces are just a short walk away.

As part of Palm Jebel Ali’s growing infrastructure, the island will also feature a 9,000 sqm retail centre and a Friday mosque designed by global architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). The mosque will accommodate up to 1,000 worshippers and is envisioned as a serene, light-filled space inspired by modern Islamic design.

Stretching across 13.4 kilometres with 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of coastline, Palm Jebel Ali continues to evolve as a key part of Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan. Its design embraces sustainability, smart infrastructure, and walkable public spaces — making it not just a landmark address but a blueprint for the city’s future waterfront living.
