Israel has executed a significant airstrike aimed at Mohammed Odeh, the newly designated head of Hamas' military wing in Gaza. This operation represents a critical surge in the ongoing Middle East conflict, as confirmed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The Israeli leader noted that Odeh, who succeeded the recently killed military chief, has been a pivotal figure, previously heading Hamas’ intelligence operations.
