Infobip Launches AgentOS for Autonomous AI Customer Journeys

Infobip Launches AgentOS for Autonomous AI Customer Journeys

Post by : Shakul

Global AI-first cloud communications platform Infobip is set to launch AgentOS, a fully managed solution designed to orchestrate autonomous AI-driven customer journeys at scale. Building on Infobip’s existing AI Agents, this platform represents a major step in the company’s evolution toward an intelligent orchestration layer for enterprise communications. AgentOS aims to help businesses streamline interactions, break down data silos, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences across multiple channels.

The platform integrates a Conversational Customer Data Platform with real-time journey orchestration, connecting marketing, sales, and support into a unified AI-native system. Businesses can now reduce disconnected tools, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction, conversions, and lifetime value. Channels supported include SMS, email, WhatsApp, voice, RCS, and more, enabling seamless, multi-channel customer engagement.

A unique human-in-the-loop model ensures AI agents can handle scalable tasks autonomously, while human specialists intervene for complex or sensitive situations. This combination allows AI behavior to be continuously refined and adapted over time. Key sectors such as retail, eCommerce, healthcare, and finance are already leveraging AgentOS to improve efficiency, trust, and regulatory compliance in their operations.

Krešo Žmak, Chief Innovation Officer at Infobip, explained: “AgentOS is the control layer where AI agents, data, channels, and customer intent come together to optimize every interaction in real-time across more than 15 integrated channels.” This ensures that businesses can deliver goal-driven interactions while maintaining consistency and relevance in customer communications.

With modular components, open APIs, and built-in security features, AgentOS provides enterprises the flexibility to deploy AI solutions quickly and safely. The platform empowers organizations to automate customer engagement without losing control over compliance or operational quality. AgentOS will be available directly from Infobip starting 1 April 2026.
