Jinjang Baru Welcomes Hua Wei Fang Cuisine

Jinjang Baru Welcomes Hua Wei Fang Cuisine

Post by : Shakul

A new dining spot, Restoran Hua Wei Fang, has quickly gained attention in Kuala Lumpur for its authentic Fujian-style noodles and traditional Hakka dishes. Located in Jinjang Baru, the coffee shop features a curated selection of stalls, attracting locals eager to explore comforting, home-style cuisine.

The Fujian cuisine stall stands out with offerings like Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon and Heng Hwa Xian Mee soup. These dishes are known for their delicate textures and mild, clean flavors, made with ingredients such as prawns, mushrooms, and vegetables. The noodles absorb rich broths, creating a subtle yet satisfying taste experience distinct from stronger Malaysian flavors.

Another highlight is the popular Hakka lui cha stall, which relocated from Medan Selera Berlian. The dish, often recognized for its vibrant green herbal soup, combines rice with an assortment of vegetables, peanuts, and beans, making it a healthy and filling option. Its refreshing and slightly minty flavor has made it a favorite among diners seeking lighter meals.

Since its opening in February, Restoran Hua Wei Fang has become a neighborhood hotspot, with crowds gathering daily to enjoy its unique blend of Fujian and Hakka cuisine. The eatery’s simple yet authentic approach continues to draw food lovers looking for something different in the local dining scene.
