FROMM., a prominent design platform operating from Msheireb in Doha and Milan, has entered into a strategic partnership with Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SPARK) during the prestigious Milan Design Week 2026.
This collaboration follows a recent visit by a SPARK delegation to Milan, where they explored various exhibitions and cross-cultural design initiatives that connect the creative communities of Msheireb and Milan.
Under this partnership, FROMM.Lab, dedicated to education and talent development, will team up with SPARK on a unique program centered on furniture and design. This initiative aims to empower emerging designers, foster creative collaboration, and unveil new prospects within the regional design landscape.
Hussain Al Mahmoudi, CEO of SPARK, remarked that this partnership is a strategic fit with SPARK’s ambition to establish Sharjah as a hub for creative industries and design innovation. He emphasized the significance of BASE39, SPARK’s creative ecosystem, in linking talent with industry and global networks.
Al Mahmoudi further noted that collaborating with FROMM. and FROMM.Lab will provide regional designers with vital international exposure while facilitating the exchange of global creative ideas back to Sharjah.
