ENOC Group has embarked on a significant journey to broaden its global reach by signing a novel Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HMS Bergbau AG, aimed at distributing its marine lubricants in two of Europe’s strategically positioned markets—Spain and Türkiye.
This agreement places ENOC in a prime position to cater to vessel operators navigating some of the most bustling maritime routes linking Europe, Asia, and Africa. With key ports in both nations serving as essential entry points for international trade, the initiative is set to notably enhance ENOC’s footprint in regions where the demand for reliable marine solutions is on the rise.
As part of the collaboration, HMS Bergbau AG will leverage its established logistics network, storage facilities, and distribution channels to provide seamless and reliable delivery of ENOC’s comprehensive marine lubricants portfolio. This includes products crafted to boost vessel efficiency, extend engine lifespan, and ensure uninterrupted operations across diverse shipping sectors.
For ENOC Group, this partnership fits well within its broader strategy to expand its international presence and contribute to the UAE’s growing significance in the global energy landscape. The ports of Spain and Türkiye, being critical transit points that manage millions of tonnes of cargo each year, are vital additions to ENOC’s ever-expanding portfolio.
This collaboration also signifies ENOC's advancing global marine aspirations, with plans to broaden its lubricants supply network to over 900 ports globally by the end of 2025, thus supporting the maritime sector with innovative solutions that align with evolving operational and environmental demands.
By making strides into the European market, ENOC fortifies its stature in international trade logistics, while also providing ship operators in Spain and Türkiye with enhanced access to cutting-edge marine lubricant technologies.
