The new support initiative includes a variety of flexible measures for SMEs. These encompass rent incentives associated with lease renewals, extended payment deferral options, and the elimination of minor administrative charges. Furthermore, existing rental rates will remain consistent for qualifying tenants renewing their leases during this period.

Nabil Al Kindi, Group CEO of Dubai South, stressed the significance of SMEs in the economic framework of the emirate.
