In a dynamic collaboration, the Dubai Press Club has joined forces with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority to unveil an innovative phase of the Dubai Content Creators Programme. This initiative aims to enhance cultural and creative digital content that is reflective of Dubai's unique identity, heritage, and values.
This program is part of Dubai's ongoing commitment to nurturing emerging talent in the media sector and bolstering the vibrant local creative industry. Participants will have the opportunity to refine their storytelling and digital production skills, alongside audience engagement techniques grounded in modern practices and global trends.
The Dubai Press Club has opened registration, inviting creators to develop premium cultural content that showcases Dubai's diverse cultural scene and ingenious achievements. Interested participants can register directly through the Dubai Press Club's website.
Her Excellency Mona Al Marri, the Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration with Dubai Culture, underlining the significance of equipping creators to convey Dubai's story on a global stage.
She emphasized that the Dubai Content Creators Programme is a pivotal avenue for identifying and nurturing talent that can produce content resonating with Dubai's aspirations and cultural narrative.
Her Excellency Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, highlighted the program's role in fostering talent across creative fields, urging creators to transform their ideas into impactful projects that contribute to Dubai's creative ecosystem.
Cultural content creation, she noted, is a foundational aspect of the creative economy, instrumental in shaping Dubai’s innovative future. The program is designed to assist creators in translating stories about Dubai’s rich history, heritage, and accomplishments into compelling digital narratives.
Scheduled from June 8 to June 19, 2026, the program will encompass 40 hours of interactive workshops and sessions. Participants will gain insights into content creation tailored for major digital platforms, visual storytelling techniques, audience engagement strategies, and the application of cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven content development tools.
The workshops will be coordinated in partnership with leading digital platforms and seasoned professionals in the field.
Maryam Al Mulla, Director of the Dubai Press Club, conveyed her excitement for the third edition of the program, emphasizing how the collaboration with Dubai Culture will enable participants to understand AI-driven content creation while refining their creative and professional abilities through hands-on training.
This latest iteration of the Dubai Content Creators Programme builds on the successes of prior editions; the first focused on economic content with the UAE Ministry of Economy, while the second was dedicated to health and science content in cooperation with Dubai Health.
