Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) has officially commenced the Lantana Hills project, a luxurious gated residential community situated in the Dubai Science Park, Al Barsha South. The firm has appointed Group AMANA as the principal contractor through an AED 680 million contract.
The groundbreaking event drew the attendance of key officials from both companies, notably H.E. Malek Al Malek, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Asset Management, alongside other executives from DHAM and Group AMANA.
Lantana Hills represents a significant milestone in DHAM’s strategy to expand its residential leasing operations throughout Dubai. This project will consist of 390 private townhouses that feature spacious 3- and 4-bedroom homes, designed with modern lifestyles in mind.
The community promises landscaped green areas, amenities tailored for families, and convenient access to schools, healthcare facilities, and shopping venues. The anticipated handover is set for the latter half of 2027.
Group AMANA will utilize cutting-edge modular construction methods developed by DuBox and DuPod for this initiative. Approximately 85% of the building work will take place off-site in a controlled factory setting, thereby enhancing quality and expediting project completion.
The project involves the creation of 2,730 modular units and 2,020 bathroom pods. The innovative building technique aims to reduce material waste by as much as 30% while improving on-site safety by over 70% when compared to conventional construction methods.
Lantana Hills has already attained LEED for Cities and Communities: Plan & Design – Silver Precertification, with full certification pending as part of Dubai Holding’s sustainability initiatives.
Strategically located within Dubai Science Park, the project offers excellent connectivity throughout the city. Residents will enjoy a travel time of roughly 10 minutes to Dubai Hills Mall, 15 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, 20 minutes to Dubai Mall, and around 25 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport.
Through this development, DHAM aims to reinforce its position within Dubai’s real estate and urban planning landscape by focusing on integrated residential and commercial initiatives that prioritize sustainability, accessibility, and contemporary living.
