Dhurandhar Day 27 Box Office: Ranveer Singh’s Spy Thriller Soars Big

Post by : Meena Ariff

Ranveer Singh is starting 2026 with a spectacular success as his film Dhurandhar continues to break box office records, cementing its status as one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. This thrilling spy action movie has become a massive hit not only across India but also internationally, drawing praise and massive audiences worldwide.

Released on December 5, Dhurandhar has already amassed over ₹1117 crore globally by day 27. According to the latest reports, the film earned ₹12.40 crore (nett) on its 27th day, raising its total domestic box office collection to ₹766.90 crore. This steady earning reflects the film’s strong hold at the Indian box office even weeks after release.

Looking at the worldwide figures, the film’s total box office collection reached ₹1117.90 crore by day 27, which includes a remarkable ₹250 crore from overseas markets. The New Year’s Eve holiday further boosted collections, with Dhurandhar earning ₹712.25 crore net (₹854.5 crore gross) domestically after 26 days. These numbers make it the highest-grossing Bollywood film in India so far in 2026, and the second-highest grossing Hindi film overall. It trails just behind the Hindi version of Pushpa 2, which has earned ₹812 crore net.

On the international front, Dhurandhar stands as the fourth-highest grossing Indian film in the US and Canada, having generated $17 million. This figure surpasses collections of other major hits like Jawan and RRR in these markets, highlighting the film’s widespread appeal.

Following its tremendous box office success, reports suggest the filmmakers plan to release a revised version of Dhurandhar soon. This new edition will reportedly include muted words and altered dialogues to comply with guidelines from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Fans eagerly await this updated version as well as the upcoming sequel.
