A prominent group of 50 senior financial representatives from 20 Arab nations visited the Sanadak headquarters in Abu Dhabi. This engagement presented a significant opportunity to observe the region’s inaugural independent entity focused on safeguarding financial consumers, underscoring a crucial effort to enhance collaboration among nations.

Taking place during the MENA Leaders’ Summit on Financial Inclusion 2025, the visit aligned with the Central Bank of the UAE’s goal to establish the nation as a standard-bearer for transparency, equity, and consumer rights within the financial realm.

Throughout their visit, delegates examined Sanadak’s mission and its innovative operational model that adheres to global standards for dispute resolution. They gained insights into how the Unit empowers financial consumers and fosters a more vibrant and inclusive financial ecosystem.

The presentations showcased Sanadak’s digital services designed to speed up complaint resolution and enhance customer satisfaction. Observers noted how data-driven methodologies, rigorous governance, and seamless digital services build trust and bolster public confidence in financial systems throughout the Arab region.
