Ajman Records 25% Increase in Real Estate Licences in Q1 2026

Ajman: The real estate market in Ajman has experienced remarkable growth in the first quarter of 2026, with a 25% uptick in licence transactions, as confirmed by local officials.

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, announced that 1,163 real estate licence transactions were documented in this period.

Statistics indicate that 305 new real estate practice cards were issued, representing a 24% increase compared to Q1 2025. Additionally, 453 cards were successfully renewed, which shows a staggering growth rate of 76%, underscoring heightened investor confidence and the entrepreneurial spirit within the emirate.

The report also detailed a variety of transactions, including developer registration certificates, real estate office registrations, advertising permits, and renewal services, with registration certificate renewals seeing a notable 13% rise.

Officials emphasized that these encouraging figures reflect Ajman’s robust and efficient business atmosphere. The emirate is fortifying its status as a prime investment hub, backed by adaptable policies that attract entrepreneurs.

The government’s commitment to fostering a secure and well-regulated setting, in line with sustainable development objectives, is crucial in promoting this growth and enhancing investor trust.
