Air Arabia has officially unveiled a new non-stop service aiming to connect Sharjah International Airport with London Gatwick, a notable addition to their expanding global network.
Scheduled to launch on March 29, 2026, this service will run twice daily, providing passengers with increased travel flexibility between the UAE and the United Kingdom.
Adel Al Ali, the Group CEO of Air Arabia, remarked, “The introduction of our service to London Gatwick represents a key milestone in Air Arabia’s growth. This expansion enhances connectivity and showcases our dedication to offering value-driven travel experiences.”
He added, “With London Gatwick, our customers—whether flying for business or leisure—will have better choices for affordable and dependable air travel. We eagerly await welcoming travelers onboard and establishing direct connections between the UAE and the UK.”
Jonathan Pollard, Chief Commercial Officer at London Gatwick, observed, “This year has seen a surge in demand for flights to the Middle East. We are excited to welcome Air Arabia in March. This new route links London and the South East with the remarkable city of Sharjah and the broader Middle Eastern region.”
The addition of London Gatwick to Air Arabia’s itinerary illustrates the airline’s ongoing commitment to ensuring accessible and budget-friendly travel options while bolstering trade and tourism between the UAE and the UK.
