New Board Appointed for Dubai Real Estate Corporation

As the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has enacted Decree No. (16) of 2026 to establish a new Board of Directors for the Dubai Real Estate Corporation.

This decree sees His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum appointed as the Chairman of the Board.

Additionally, Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim will take on the role of Vice Chairman.

The newly formed Board also includes esteemed members such as His Excellency Mohamed Hadi Ahmed Al Hussaini, Rashid Mohammed Rashid Al Mutawa, Shoaib Mir Hashem Khoory, Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Mulla, and Rashed Ali bin Obood Al Falasi.

The decree is in immediate effect from its issuance date and will be published in the Official Gazette following standard procedures.
