The Delegation System That Always Works

To delegate effectively, follow this structured system used by top leaders:

Step 1: Identify What Only You Can Do

These are tasks related to:

  • Strategy

  • High-level decision-making

  • Relationship building

  • Brand direction
    Everything else is open for delegation.

Step 2: Create a “Task Map”

Divide your tasks into 4 groups:

H5: High-skill tasks

Require expertise. Delegate to specialists.

H5: Medium-skill tasks

Step 3: Assign Based on Strengths, Not Availability

Give tasks to people who can solve them the fastest and with quality. Availability creates dependency; skill creates scalability.

Step 4: Follow the 3-Level Instruction Method

H5: Level 1 — What

Explain the goal.

H5: Level 2 — How

Share SOPs, screenshares, templates.

H5: Level 3 — When

Give a clear deadline with checkpoints.

Step 5: Create a Feedback Loop

Weekly reports or quick check-ins ensure clarity without micromanaging.
This step keeps everything aligned to your overall goals.
