Popular television actress Mahhi Vij has been hospitalized after being diagnosed with a viral infection. Her public relations team released a photo of her resting in a hospital bed, cocooned in a blanket. Following this, Mahhi posted an update on her official Instagram, reaching out to her fans and supporters regarding her condition.
In a touching video from her hospital stay, Mahhi assured her followers that skilled doctors were looking after her, and she is recovering. She confirmed negative test results for dengue, malaria, and typhoid, dismissing these serious health concerns. However, she did announce her viral infection diagnosis, which required her hospitalization and rest.
Mahhi expressed her determination in the video, saying, “I am aiming to recover fully by tomorrow to resume work shortly after. Thank you all for your love and prayers.” She also conveyed her disappointment in being away from the sets of her cherished project, Seher Hone Ko Hai. “It means so much to me, and I’m all in. Please keep me in your thoughts, and pray for my swift recovery so I can return to filming,” she added, asking her followers to understand her need for rest and recovery, explaining her lack of response to calls and messages.
Relationship Speculations Amid Health News
Along with her health concerns, Mahhi Vij has been subject to ongoing speculation regarding her marriage to Jay Bhanushali. Rumors of a potential divorce have created a stir on social media. Despite the drama, neither Mahhi nor Jay has publicly confirmed or denied these claims.
Taking a strong stand against false narratives, Mahhi warned of legal repercussions towards a social media outlet that incorrectly announced their separation without proof. In the comments section of one such post, she stated, “Don’t spread false narratives. Legal action will follow.”
Family Dynamics and Professional Life
Mahhi and Jay tied the knot in 2011 after dating for several years. They enjoy a fulfilling family life as parents of their biological daughter, Tara, who was born in 2019. Additionally, they have embraced their roles as foster parents to two children, Khushi and Rajveer, who they cherish as their own.
On the professional front, Mahhi is a well-regarded television actress, celebrated for her roles in shows like Laagi Tujhse Lagan and Balika Vadhu. She has also left her mark by participating in various reality shows, such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Nach Baliye, and Khatron Ke Khiladi, winning acclaim for her performances.
Jay Bhanushali, a respected figure in the television industry, was last seen in the 2023 show Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum on Sony Entertainment Television. Both Mahhi and Jay continue to navigate their thriving careers amidst personal responsibilities.
As Mahhi concentrates on her recovery, she receives best wishes from both fans and the entertainment industry for her health and swift return to work. Although surrounded by rumors, Mahhi and Jay are committed to keeping their personal matters private and focusing on their careers.
