Abu Dhabi is poised to become a leader in emergency medical innovations as the Civil Defence Authority launches the inaugural Abu Dhabi International EMS Conference from November 25 to 27, 2025. This significant gathering focuses on enhancing ambulance services and pre-hospital medical care across the region.
Over three days, the conference will convene top physicians, specialists, and emergency responders from around the globe, providing a forum for sharing insights, scientific studies, and groundbreaking solutions. Participants will have access to nine tailored training sessions designed for healthcare professionals and first responders, along with public workshops endorsed by the American Heart Association that emphasize first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
A standout feature of the event is the Ambulance Challenge, where local and international teams will engage in simulated emergency situations, assessing their response speed, teamwork, and efficiency under duress. This pragmatic approach underscores the importance of practical skills in real-world emergencies.
By fostering partnerships between local and global emergency medical organizations, the conference aims to improve operational effectiveness, share best practices in disaster management, and establish Abu Dhabi as a premier center for innovative emergency medical services.
