Dubai Chambers and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce have joined forces to strengthen economic ties and open new pathways for bilateral investments. The agreement was formalized during the Dubai Business Forum – USA in New York City, a landmark event that drew over 700 business leaders, investors, and officials.
The MoU, signed by His Excellency Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, and Martin K. Breidsprecher, Chief Financial and Operating Officer of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, sets a clear framework for cooperation between the two global business hubs. Its focus is on promoting trade, facilitating investment opportunities, and encouraging collaboration between enterprises from Dubai and Los Angeles.
This partnership aims to create a platform for knowledge exchange, business matching, and international expansion opportunities for companies and entrepreneurs in both regions. By connecting Dubai’s dynamic economy with Los Angeles’ diverse business landscape, the MoU is expected to generate tangible benefits for sectors ranging from technology and finance to trade and logistics.
The initiative also aligns with Dubai’s broader economic vision, particularly the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which aspires to double the emirate’s economic size within a decade and secure its place among the world’s top three cities. Dubai Chambers continues to play a pivotal role in enhancing the business ecosystem, attracting global investments, and enabling local companies to thrive internationally.
This move signals Dubai’s ongoing commitment to global economic collaboration and positions both cities for a stronger, mutually beneficial business future.
