Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has once again underscored his belief in spreading love and unity, regardless of external challenges. Taking to his Instagram handle, the Udta Punjab star shared a heartfelt video from his recent concert in Brisbane, where he addressed his fans with a message rooted in compassion and togetherness.
In the clip, Diljit urged everyone to embrace the power of love. “People should always talk about love. For me, the earth is one,” he said, invoking the Sikh spiritual principle of ‘Ik Onkar’, which signifies the oneness of all existence. He added that every life form is interconnected and equal, reflecting his deep spiritual grounding.
“I was born from this earth and will return to it one day. That’s why I only wish love for everyone—even for those who may troll or criticize me,” the singer-actor shared, drawing applause from the audience.
Elaborating further, Diljit spoke about faith and intention, saying, “Many people say, ‘We manifest that God has given us this.’ I’m surprised. Why manifest so much? A person should only think in his heart about what he wants to do. God will make it happen. You should keep it in your heart.”
The video also captures several emotional moments from the concert, with the artist interacting warmly with his fans, performing high-energy tracks, and pausing to share words of hope and unity.
Diljit’s post arrived a day after reports emerged that he had received a threat from the US-based pro-Khalistan group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), led by Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. The organization allegedly issued a warning against the singer’s upcoming concert in Australia on November 1, citing a “contentious exchange” involving veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan.
The controversy arose following Diljit’s appearance on Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, where he touched Amitabh Bachchan’s feet as a gesture of respect. SFJ’s leader Pannun criticized the act, claiming it “insulted every victim, widow, and orphan of the 1984 Sikh Genocide.”
Despite the uproar, Diljit Dosanjh has chosen not to respond directly to the group’s statements, instead reinforcing his long-held message of peace, respect, and universal brotherhood. Fans across social media have praised his dignified response, applauding his commitment to positivity even in the face of controversy.
The singer’s Brisbane concert video has since gone viral, with fans flooding the comments section with words of support and admiration. Many lauded Diljit for using his global platform to promote love over hate, proving once again why he remains one of the most respected figures in the entertainment industry.
