Making their mark this year, they arrived with eleven young competitors, including their kids, who participated in various youth categories. Adding to their adventure in Abu Dhabi, grandmother Filomena Silva cheered passionately from the stands, her pride in her grandchildren amplifying their journey's emotional weight. They also honor the memory of their late grandfather, General Flavio Alves Cardoso, a respected military figure whose values of discipline guide the family both in sports and life.

Kayron expressed his desire to win a gold medal, yet emphasized his pride in competing at such a significant event. The support from his family provided him additional motivation, and the year-long training they shared culminated in this dream opportunity.
