The leaders examined how Iran's missile and drone strikes affecting civilian infrastructure in the UAE could have far-reaching consequences. Powell reiterated the UK’s commitment to the UAE's security and condemned what he referred to as unwarranted terrorist aggression from Iran.

Sheikh Abdullah expressed appreciation for the UK's supportive stance and reinforced the safety of all individuals within the UAE.

Their discussions highlighted the broader implications of these attacks on global shipping lanes, energy resources, and the international economy.
