Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra, a couple that has captured the spotlight on Bigg Boss, are officially planning to wed in 2026. Their love story, which blossomed during their time on the reality show, is one of the few that has endured and thrived in the realm of reality television.

Wedding Delayed by Parental Guidance

Tejasswi shared that Karan was keen on marrying her shortly after their stint on Bigg Boss 15 in 2022, but her mother advised them to take a step back. She recalled her mother stating:

"You just exited the Bigg Boss house. Perhaps one year together outside it would be wise, not out of doubt in Karan, but because I want to know my daughter better. You both need time."

Tejasswi, describing her playful nature, added, “When I fall in love, I’m all in. Yet my mother suggested we should allow ourselves to grow first.”

How Their Love Story Started

Reflecting on the beginning of their relationship, Tejasswi recounted, “Karan expressed his fondness for me to several friends. I am someone who thinks that if someone likes me, they should say it directly. Initially, I mistook his feelings for a mere crush. When he openly declared his feelings on Weekend Ka Vaar, it changed everything for me.”

Karan’s Previous Relationship

Before his romance with Tejasswi, Karan was involved with Anusha Dandekar for three and a half years before they parted ways in 2020. They had co-hosted the MTV show Love School from 2016 to 2019, assisting couples with their relationships.

In an Instagram AMA in 2021, Anusha elaborated on their breakup: “We needed more honesty, love, and happiness, starting with self-love. So, I chose myself.” Karan has respected their past by refraining from discussing it publicly.

Recently, Anusha appeared to make hints on social media that suggested Karan may have been unfaithful, which prompted Tejasswi to respond with affectionate posts featuring Karan, subtly addressing Anusha's insinuations.

Notwithstanding past dramas and prior relationships, the bond between Tejasswi and Karan continues to strengthen, and they've confirmed wedding plans for 2026, igniting excitement among fans of Bigg Boss romance.
