The competition in Bigg Boss 19 is intensifying, and a shocking twist has left fans reeling. In a surprising mid-week eviction, Mridul Tiwari was shown the door after receiving the fewest votes from the live audience. Many viewers felt this decision was unjust, believing he was a great fit for the high-stakes environment.
On Wednesday, Mridul faced elimination during the live voting process overseen by host Salman Khan. As part of the captaincy challenge, a group entered the house to facilitate voting. After contestants made their pitches, a secret ballot determined the outcome. Gaurav Khanna and Shehbaz Badesha secured the most votes and emerged as captaincy candidates, while Mridul had the least, resulting in his exit.
The remaining contestants, including Gaurav and Shehbaz, expressed their emotions as they said goodbye to Mridul, exchanging hugs and warm wishes.
Mridul had initially entered the show through Fans Ka Faisla, winning a fan vote against Shehbaz before the season began. Shehbaz subsequently joined as a wildcard entrant.
Social media exploded in response to Mridul's eviction, with fans voicing their disappointment and labeling him one of the series' most genuine participants. Comments included:
“Mridul Tiwari’s removal was genuinely emotional… He was a pure soul, avoiding unnecessary conflict and adhering to his values until the end.”
“He is too noble for this house. Wishing him all the best!”
“From Day 1, he taught us that kindness is power. NO MRIDUL NO BIGG BOSS.”
Fans deemed the eviction as unfair, raising concerns of possible favoritism impacting the votes. Many feel the show lost a true gem in Mridul’s departure.
Following his exit, the Bigg Boss 19 house now includes Gaurav Khanna, Malti Chahar, Shehbaz Badesha, Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, Ashnoor Kaur, Kunickaa Sadanand, Farrhana Bhatt, and Pranit More. The thrilling finale is anticipated on December 7, airing at 9 pm on JioCinema and 10:30 pm on TV.
