During discussions, His Highness received insights on several pivotal initiatives focused on boosting local food production, increasing the efficiency of supply chains, and advancing infrastructure within agriculture and livestock. The delegation shared updates on initiatives designed to heighten productivity, promote sustainability, and ensure the resilience of the emirate’s food systems in the long term.

In addition, a detailed presentation was given on ADAFSA’s plans to improve food safety frameworks, enhance inspection mechanisms, and launch awareness programs related to food safety. The presentation emphasized the Authority’s aim to foster research and innovation in agriculture, food production, and livestock protection through advanced technologies and global best practices.
