This honor reflects their dedication to safety, discipline, and the effective delivery of services in alignment with established performance metrics.
This initiative underscores the RTA’s ongoing commitment to elevate public transportation standards and enhance safety and quality measures, ultimately aiming to improve customer satisfaction and travel experiences.
Marwan Al Zarooni, Director of Buses at RTA’s Public Transport Agency, noted that this recognition supports the RTA's strategic goals concerning health, safety, and customer satisfaction. He emphasized the initiative's role in fostering a secure transportation environment while promoting innovative and sustainable mobility options.
