Actor and producer Ravie Dubey has shared his eagerness about being part of the highly awaited film Ramayana, which features Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama. In a recent discussion at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), he referred to participating in the project as both a blessing and a rare chance.

“This film feels like a divine blessing for me. It's a privilege to take part in the Ram Katha narrative,” Ravie remarked. “I am thankful and incredibly happy for this opportunity.”

In the film, Ravie will embody the essential role of Laxman. He recently shared insights into his character on social media, stating, “It’s a great honour to contribute to a tale that has influenced so many generations. Join me in the enchanting world of Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana, where Rama faces Ravana. I’m grateful to walk this path with you all, as we embrace this moment together and dive into the Ramayana's rich history and truth.”

This cinematic venture features a stellar cast, with Ranbir Kapoor as Rama and Yash taking on the role of Ravana. Other prominent actors include Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Arun Govil, Kunal Kapoor, among others. Anticipation is high among fans eager to witness this contemporary take on the eternal epic.

In addition to acting, Ravie and his wife, Sargun Mehta, have recently launched their own production company, Dreamiyata Entertainment, after a decade in the television industry. They are focused on diverse storytelling across several genres.

Their current lineup includes series like Dil Ko Rafu Kar Le, Hale Dil, Tu Aashiqui Hai, and Lovely Lulla, available on their platform. With season finales approaching, viewers have much to anticipate with the upcoming series premiere.

Ravie’s transition from television star to producer and now to participating in a major Bollywood epic illustrates his versatile talent and commitment to storytelling. Fans of both Ramayana and Bollywood are keen to see this remarkable story interpreted by such a talented cast.
