The spy thriller Dhurandhar is taking the film industry by storm, marking itself as a landmark success this year. Garnering high praise from both critics and viewers throughout India, the film has now surpassed Rs 400 crore at the Indian box office and boasts an impressive worldwide total of Rs 623 crore.

With its continued screenings drawing large audiences, many theaters are consistently sold out, indicating a sustained high public interest. Strong word of mouth has played a crucial role in its sustained performance even weeks after its premiere.

Preity Zinta's Enthusiastic Response

Actor Preity Zinta recently attended a packed afternoon screening of Dhurandhar and took to social media to share her thoughts. She noted the theater was completely full and celebrated the film for its raw emotion and authenticity, calling it a standout among recent releases.

Zinta commended the riveting performances of Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and the entire ensemble cast. She also highlighted the poignant and thrilling music that enriched the narrative.

Director's Exceptional Vision

She expressed particular admiration for director Aditya Dhar, remarking that the film combined a tough narrative with profound emotional weight. According to her, Dhar’s direction infused the film with depth, keeping viewers fully immersed throughout its lengthy runtime.

Preity emphasized that the film transcends mere entertainment, describing Dhurandhar as a tribute to the unsung heroes who risk their lives for national security. She remarked that the three-and-a-half-hour film felt swift and left a lasting emotional resonance.

Following its successful theatrical run, a release on Netflix is anticipated for Dhurandhar, although no official streaming date has been announced. For now, the film continues to thrive in theaters nationwide.
