Palari Films Marks 10 Years of Creative Growth

Post by : Shakul

Palari Films celebrated its 10th anniversary with a grand event titled “A Decade of Voyage,” held at the Museum MACAN in Jakarta, bringing together leading figures from Indonesia’s film and creative industry.

The event was attended by prominent artists and filmmakers, including Dian Sastrowardoyo, Iqbaal Ramadhan, and Rachel Amanda, highlighting the strong network and influence the production house has built over the past decade.

During the celebration, the company revisited its journey, reflecting on its growth from a small production house to a recognized name in Indonesian cinema with international reach and critical acclaim.

Founders Meiske Taurisia and Muhammad Zaidy, along with director-writer Edwin, shared insights into the company’s evolution, emphasizing the importance of trust, collaboration, and audience support in shaping their success.

They noted that the past ten years were focused on building a strong foundation and credibility within the film industry, which has now positioned the company for more ambitious projects and larger-scale productions.

As part of the event, Palari Films also announced a lineup of upcoming projects, including new feature films aimed at exploring diverse narratives and expanding into cross-border collaborations with international partners.

The celebration reflected not only the achievements of the company but also the broader growth of Indonesia’s film industry, which continues to gain recognition on the global stage.

Looking ahead, Palari Films aims to support emerging filmmakers and contribute to the next generation of storytelling, reinforcing its role as a key player in shaping the future of Indonesian cinema.
