Actor Kareena Kapoor was seen in Mumbai on Wednesday as she observed Guru Nanak Jayanti with a visit to a neighbourhood gurdwara. The star stopped at Gurudwara Dhan Pothohar Nagar in Santacruz West, arriving in a green suit and sunglasses with her head covered in keeping with tradition. Kareena greeted the photographers with folded hands and maintained a calm, composed presence throughout the visit.
Evening outing in the city
Later that evening, Kareena left for a casual dinner. Photographers captured her arriving in a white shirt and multi-coloured trousers; she smiled and waved before going inside and did the same when she left, projecting a warm and approachable demeanour.
Family time and weekend moments
The public appearance follows a series of family snapshots Kareena shared on social media. The posts showed relaxed weekend scenes — cycling with her son Taimur seated behind her and moments by the beach as her children played — reflecting a lighthearted family atmosphere.
Upcoming projects and film career
On the work front, Kareena is currently filming Daayra, a crime drama directed by Meghna Gulzar and co-starring Prithviraj Sukumaran. The project was announced earlier this year and is now in production, with a planned release in 2026.
She was most recently seen on screen in Singham Again (2024), directed by Rohit Shetty and featuring an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and Jackie Shroff. Her steady film appearances and active engagement with fans on social platforms continue to keep her in the public eye.
Kareena’s recent outings offer fans a snapshot of how she balances family life with ongoing professional commitments, underscoring her sustained presence in Bollywood.
