Isha Ambani, daughter of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, offered a polished display of festive elegance while marking Diwali 2025. A backstage clip posted by celebrity makeup artist Namrata Soni captured Isha preparing for the evening in a resplendent silk saree and a statement ruby-and-diamond necklace that drew widespread attention.
The Ambanis’ Diwali gatherings are synonymous with grandeur and heirloom jewellery; this year’s look reinforced that reputation, with a blend of traditional techniques and contemporary design prompting strong social media interest.
Isha Ambani’s Diwali ensemble commands attention
The short video from Namrata Soni shows Isha smiling as her makeup is completed. Namrata captioned the clip, “Diwali with the most beautiful Isha Ambani,” underscoring the celebratory mood and Isha’s poised presence.
For the festivities, Isha selected a rich green silk saree by designer Manish Malhotra for his Swadesh line. The saree featured Bandhani motifs, gold brocade edging and meticulous zari detailing. She complemented it with a red-and-green blouse, cut in a plunging neckline with half sleeves embellished in gold work.
Although the outfit was decidedly regal, it was the jewellery that ultimately dominated conversation.
A detailed look at the ruby-and-diamond set
The necklace combined rubies, diamonds and pearls in a layered composition. At its centre sat a floral diamond motif surrounded by ruby and diamond accents that gave the piece a luminous, festive sheen. Coordinating ruby-drop earrings and slim bracelets completed the set.
The selection showcased classic Indian luxury—bold colours and refined forms—where the interplay of red rubies, white diamonds and soft pearls added a celebratory sparkle to the overall look.
Refined makeup and a graceful hairstyle
Namrata Soni opted for a natural, glowing finish: smoky mauve eyeshadow with subtle shimmer, precise winged liner and lengthened lashes. Cheeks carried a muted rouge, while glossy pink lips gave a fresh, modern touch.
Isha’s hair was styled in a centre-parted half-updo, with twisted and braided crown details that lent a soft, elegant frame to her face. The combined effect of dewy makeup, statement jewellery and artisanal attire made her look particularly luminous for the festival.
About Isha Ambani
Isha Ambani Piramal is the elder child of industrialist Mukesh Ambani and philanthropist Nita Ambani. She is married to Anand Piramal, son of Ajay and Swati Piramal; the couple wed in December 2018 and welcomed twins Aadiya and Krishna in December 2022.
Beyond public appearances, Isha plays an active executive role across Reliance Retail and Jio Platforms, overseeing initiatives that span fashion, technology and digital innovation.
Where tradition meets contemporary luxury
The Ambani family’s annual Diwali observances continue to attract attention for their scale and sartorial choices. This year’s combination of a handcrafted silk saree, detailed gold embroidery and a striking ruby-diamond necklace highlighted both Indian craftsmanship and modern taste, reinforcing Isha’s reputation for elegant, culturally rooted style.
