Hamad Medical Corporation has published updated operational hours for its healthcare facilities throughout the Eid Al Adha holiday in Qatar.
The organization affirmed that all emergency departments, ambulance services, and pediatric emergency units will function continuously, 24 hours a day, ensuring patients have access to urgent healthcare without interruption during the holiday.
Additionally, HMC confirmed that the unified contact center (16000) and the customer service hotline (16060) will be accessible around the clock throughout Eid Al Adha.
Outpatient clinics will be closed from May 26 to May 28, resuming regular operations on May 31. Furthermore, urgent consultation services and home medication delivery will be temporarily halted during the holiday, with operations restarting on May 31.
The National Mental Health Helpline is scheduled to resume services on May 30, according to HMC.
Meanwhile, the Qatar National Blood Donation Center will be open on May 26 and May 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., but will be closed from May 27 to May 29.
HMC encourages patients and the public to verify service hours prior to visiting healthcare facilities during the Eid holiday.
