Dubai Women Establishment and J.P. Morgan Unite for Women's Empowerment

Post by : Badri Ariffin

The Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) and J.P. Morgan have launched a significant partnership aimed at enhancing women's involvement in the UAE job market via targeted empowerment and development initiatives.

This partnership agreement was officially signed in Dubai by DWE CEO Naeema Ahli and J.P. Morgan's Senior Country Officer for the Middle East and North Africa, Khaled Hobballah. It establishes a foundation for long-term collaboration dedicated to enhancing economic opportunities for women and developing career pathways enriched by hands-on training and professional exposure.

As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), both parties will co-create and implement programs focusing on economic empowerment, leadership training, career growth, and mentorship. The planned initiatives will feature workshops, industry-specific seminars, and networking events that encourage women from various sectors to share knowledge and form connections.

J.P. Morgan's contribution will include applying its global expertise to help develop training modules and facilitate collaborative workshops and events. Additionally, the bank will offer mentorship opportunities to participants engaged in the developmental tracks associated with this partnership.

This initiative complements DWE's continuous mission to enhance women’s participation in the national economy through strategic, value-driven partnerships. It is expected to open up new paths for skill development, enabling Emirati women to access international best practices and receive practical guidance adapted to the current workplace demands.

With unwavering commitment from both organizations to enhance women's opportunities, this partnership is poised to significantly strengthen the UAE's talent framework and contribute to ongoing economic growth.
