UAE Flags Distributed by Dubai Police to Promote Unity

UAE Flags Distributed by Dubai Police to Promote Unity

Post by : Badri Ariffin

To bolster national pride and foster community spirit, Dubai Police have launched a strategic initiative that involves the distribution of UAE flags to local residents throughout various neighborhoods in the emirate.

This campaign, named “Proud of UAE,” is implemented under the guidance of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Its objective is to honor the national identity of the UAE while encouraging a collective sense of belonging among the populace.

Approximately 800 UAE flags were distributed in significant residential zones, such as Al Marmoom, Margham, Al Awir, Lahbab, and Al Khawaneej. This initiative has visibly augmented the display of patriotism within these communities.

The General Department of Logistic Support spearheaded the program with collaboration from local police units and various partner organizations. Officials remarked that community-based projects like these are vital in reinforcing social ties and promoting unity among the residents.

Community members have positively received the initiative, expressing that the display of national flags throughout the neighborhoods has uplifted a spirit of pride and togetherness. Authorities noted that efforts like these not only honor national identity but also help cultivate shared values and cultural cohesion within Dubai.
