In 2025, the Dubai International Chamber reported significant achievements, showcasing its pivotal role in attracting foreign direct investment and bolstering Dubai’s status as a premier global business hub.
The chamber welcomed 373 new companies, including a mix of multinational corporations (MNCs) and small to medium enterprises (SMEs), reflecting an 80.2% rise compared to 2024. This influx included 64 MNCs, a 25.5% increase from the previous year’s 51, and 309 SMEs, which saw a remarkable 98% growth from 156.
Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of the Dubai International Chamber, stated,
"Dubai is an exceptional destination for foreign investment, providing fertile ground for business expansion. Our global network aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), enabling connections that nurture sustainable economic partnerships and open international doors for local firms."
To further enhance global relationships, the chamber executed 235 international roadshows in 190 cities throughout 2025, highlighting Dubai’s allure as an investment hotspot. It also hosted 141 trade delegations with 673 attendees from various sectors, promoting collaboration and high-caliber business opportunities.
Additionally, the chamber expanded its global footprint through the Dubai Global initiative, targeting 50 international offices by 2030. In 2025 alone, nine new offices were inaugurated, bringing the total to 38 across the globe. Key locations added include New York (USA), Warsaw (Poland), Stockholm (Sweden), Karachi (Pakistan), Dhaka (Bangladesh), Cape Town (South Africa), Bengaluru (India), Bangkok (Thailand), and Toronto (Canada).
These global offices facilitated 505 roundtable discussions in 2025, bridging Dubai companies with international markets, encouraging investment, and aiding in global expansion efforts. The initiative offers valuable market insights and promotes Dubai’s competitive edges, supporting business growth both locally and globally.
Through these initiatives, Dubai International Chamber is steadfast in reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading global business player, driving foreign investment and advocating for sustainable economic development.
