Esha Deol, his daughter, shared on social media that her father is “stable and recovering,” thanking fans for their well-wishes and urging them to disregard false information.

Hema Malini, Dharmendra's wife and an MP, stated that he is doing well in treatment and is gradually improving. She requested that the public refrain from spreading unverified rumors, encouraging reliance on official family communications.
