Joy filled the Khan household as they celebrated two significant family anniversaries: the 61st wedding anniversary of veteran author Salim Khan and his wife Salma, alongside the 11th anniversary of Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma. The intimate gathering was enlivened by music, dance, and laughter, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere that resonated with their fans online.
Images and videos shared from the event captured a festive yet relaxed evening. A delightful photo showcased Salim and Salma in soft hues, alongside Arpita and Aayush, while Salman Khan sported a classic black tee, warmly embracing his nephew Nirvan Khan. The dessert setup turned heads, featuring two opulent white cakes and a vibrant macaron tower.
Helen, Salim's second wife, added to the familial joy, as did Sonakshi Sinha. Other cherished moments included Arpita and Aayush feeding cake to each other, alongside joyful photos with family. A particularly charming moment was Arpita dancing with her son Ahil, while Nirvan posed happily with everyone. The lively visuals prompted social media users to express admiration for the close-knit family, labeling the festivities as "precious" and "full of love."
Salim and Salma Khan married in 1964, well before Salim became a pivotal figure in Hindi cinema, known for classics like Sholay, Zanjeer, and Deewar. They raised four children—Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail, and Alvira—who all remain key players in the entertainment sector. Meanwhile, Arpita and Aayush, wed on November 18, 2014, after a lengthy relationship, are parents to two lovely children, Ayat and Ahil.
Salman Khan, who attended the celebration, is quite busy with his professional commitments. He was recently featured in Sikandar, made a cameo in Aryan Khan’s debut web series, and is currently hosting Bigg Boss 19. His upcoming film, Battle of Galwan, co-starring Chitrangda Singh and directed by Apoorva Lakhia, will dramatize the 2020 India-China conflict in Galwan Valley, focusing on the intense close combat that occurred.
