Actress Aneet Padda, who recently captured audiences in the hit film Shakti Shalini, is scheduled to take her final-year college exams during December and January. Upon completing her tests, she will dive into her lead role in Dinesh Vijan's upcoming film, Shakti Shalini.
Padda is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Political Science, juggling her studies alongside a demanding filming schedule. Reports indicate her commitments are being adeptly organized to ensure she gets enough time for her education while managing her acting responsibilities.
Achievements in Her Career
Aneet's career kicked off with a notable appearance in the drama Salaam Venky (2022), shortly followed by her first leading role in the Amazon Prime series Big Girls Don’t Cry. She gained significant recognition for her performance in Mohit Suri's romantic drama Saiyaara, where she played a songwriter facing early-onset Alzheimer's disease. This film emerged as the second highest-grossing Hindi film of 2025 and set a record as the leading Indian romantic film.
Shakti Shalini is part of Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Horror Comedy Universe (MHCU) and is expected to premiere on December 24, 2026. The previous installment of MHCU, Thamma, featured renowned actors like Rashmika Mandanna, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
