Amitabh's Enigmatic Post as Dharmendra Recovers at Home

Amitabh's Enigmatic Post as Dharmendra Recovers at Home

Post by : Meena Ariff

On Thursday, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan took to his blog, posting an enigmatic message: "Reconcile...and reconcile with what.... when the reconciliation breeds none... Each day a moment of adversity... and the strength needed to cope and survive."

This note followed the viral video of him driving his BMW in Juhu, prompting fans to speculate about possible visits to his longtime friend Dharmendra, who had just been discharged from the hospital the day before.

That same evening, Amitabh was seen maneuvering his car through a throng of paparazzi in Juhu, pausing just enough for media and onlookers to capture a glimpse of the superstar.

The bond between Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra is legendary, marked by multiple collaborations in iconic films such as Sholay, Chupke Chupke, and Ram Balram.

Ongoing Recovery for Dharmendra at Home

Dharmendra left Breach Candy Hospital on Wednesday afternoon after being admitted since October 31. Dr. Pratit Samdani confirmed that he will continue his recovery at home.

In a statement from the family, they expressed: "Mr. Dharmendra has been discharged and will recover at home. We kindly ask the media and the public to respect his and the family’s privacy during this time. We are grateful for all the love and prayers, and we hope for his continued health and long life. He appreciates your respect."

Esteemed for films like Sholay, Dharam Veer, and Chupke Chupke, Dharmendra was last in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya alongside Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon.

His upcoming project Ikkis will feature Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson, Agastya Nanda, with a release scheduled for December 25.
