Alfalite Appoints Mariano Aragón as Head of U.S. Expansion

Post by : Badri Ariffin

Huelva, Spain  — Alfalite has announced the appointment of Mariano Aragón to the position of America Channel Sales Manager. This newly created role is aimed at solidifying the company's presence in the U.S. market. Aragón will target strategic alliances with system integrators and technology providers in sectors such as broadcast, virtual production, corporate, government, and Security Operations Centers (SOC).

Operating from the U.S., Aragón will spearhead Alfalite's channel development strategies, establishing the brand as a trusted source for studios, television networks, and corporate clients looking for high-quality LED solutions.

“Joining Alfalite is an exciting venture. The U.S. stands at the forefront of technology and audiovisual creation,” expressed Mariano Aragón. “Representing a European brand known for its engineering expertise allows me to foster long-lasting partnerships and boost Alfalite’s visibility in the region.”

With over 20 years in international B2B sales and market development in the broadcast-media and technology fields, Aragón has a commendable background in business strategy and partner programs. His previous role was as the International Affiliate Sales Director for RTVE, the national broadcaster of Spain, based in Miami, where he broadened RTVE's outreach across the Americas. He has also contributed to leading tech service providers such as Level 3 and Ateme and spent a decade as an independent consultant advising companies on market entry and expansion in the Americas.

Aragón holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an MBA from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI-ICADE).

In his new role, Aragón aims to elevate Alfalite's visibility in the broadcast and XR sectors, build a strong partner network, and venture into workspace, SOC, and governmental markets. “We are committed to forging enduring alliances and delivering outstanding technical and commercial support throughout the U.S.,” he added.

Alfalite’s flagship devices, which include the Modularpix Pro and the innovative ORIM (Optical Resin Injection Module), are renowned for their superior color precision and reliability. Their LED solutions also shine in efficiency, durability, and on-camera appeal, making them well-suited for corporate and government installations that prioritize quality and sustainability.

The U.S. market is rapidly embracing virtual production and immersive technologies across television, advertising, event management, and corporate content. With full control of its design and manufacturing, alongside a steadfast commitment to innovation and sustainability, Alfalite is poised to meet the rising demand in this sector.

Alfalite has already achieved several significant projects in the U.S., such as the curved Modularpix Pro 1.5 ORIM® LED wall at Walmart’s latest TV studio in Bentonville, Arkansas, and various installations in houses of worship, showcasing the adaptability and reliability of its technology.

“Mariano’s appointment marks a key milestone in our global growth strategy,” noted Luis Garrido, Executive Director of Alfalite. “His vast experience in market development and extensive knowledge of broadcast and virtual production make him the ideal fit for leading Alfalite’s U.S. growth. We are confident that under his leadership, Alfalite will uphold the highest standards of quality and innovation in LED solutions.”
