Victoria Jones, Daughter of Tommy Lee Jones, Passes Away at 34

Victoria Jones, Daughter of Tommy Lee Jones, Passes Away at 34

Post by : Badri Ariffin

A somber event unfolded on New Year’s Day when Victoria Jones, the 34-year-old daughter of renowned actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found deceased in her room at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. Emergency services responded promptly at 2:52 a.m. Thursday after hotel personnel reported an unresponsive individual.

The San Francisco Fire Department indicated that attempts at CPR were made; however, she was declared dead at the location. Authorities from the San Francisco Police Department, along with the Medical Examiner’s office, have initiated an investigation, with the specific cause of death still pending release.

Born on September 3, 1991, Victoria was the daughter of Tommy Lee Jones and Kimberlea Cloughley, his second spouse. She had a brother, Austin Jones, who is 42 years old. Victoria made her entry into acting as a child in Men in Black II (2002), which featured her father. She also appeared in the TV show One Tree Hill and the film The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, directed by her father. Though she distanced herself from acting in later years, she was known to accompany her father at public events.

Tommy Lee Jones, who has been married thrice, shares Victoria and Austin with Kimberlea Cloughley, his second wife, who he was married to from 1981 to 1996. Since 2001, he has been wed to Dawn Laurel-Jones, a former photographer and camera operator.

Authorities encourage anyone with information to reach out to the San Francisco Police Department at 415-575-4444 or via text at TIP411 with the message starting with “SFPD.”
