Today, Muscat hosted a significant gathering of the Security and Judicial Coordination Committee, framed within the Cooperation Council linking Oman and Saudi Arabia. This meeting aimed to assess the progress of established initiatives and bolster collaborative efforts between both nations.

Maj. Gen Abdullah bin Ali Al Harthy, the Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations, co-chaired the meeting from the Omani side, while Dr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Falih, Saudi Arabia's Assistant Minister of Interior, represented his country. Committee members engaged in extensive discussions about ongoing and future partnerships in security and judicial fields.

The dialogue underscored the necessity for close collaboration to tackle regional challenges and ensure the effective realization of joint initiatives. Both delegations celebrated past achievements and sought avenues for enhancing support in law enforcement and judiciary cooperation.

This meeting signifies a pivotal advancement in the strategic partnership between Oman and Saudi Arabia, showcasing their dedication to integrated security efforts and regional harmony. The session served as a platform for planning forthcoming initiatives, sharing best practices, and fostering ongoing discussions among security and judicial entities from both nations.
