Dubai, UAE – Empire Developments has successfully commenced construction on Empire Lake Views, marking its sixth significant residential project in Dubai. Nestled conveniently between Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City, this impressive 31-floor structure will house 634 modern apartments, offering a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom layouts, along with six exquisite three-bedroom duplexes.

Covering a total built-up area of 750,000 sq ft, Empire Lake Views emphasizes both aesthetic appeal and practical design. A notable aspect is the four-tiered basement parking, designed to enhance convenience while preserving the building's contemporary aesthetic.
